Where can I find your nutritional info?

Calorie counts can be found on the menu, or you can download our nutritional information to learn more.

What vegetarian or vegan options do you have?

All of our salads and sandwiches can be made vegetarian or vegan by substituting the cheese and protein for avocado or tofu. Our Health Nut Noodle Soup is also a great vegan option when ordered with tofu!

Do any of your menu options contain peanuts?

We do not use peanuts in any of our food. We do, however, have sunflower seeds, cashews and almonds.

Are your dressings gluten free and vegan?

Yes! All our dressings are gluten free and vegan, except Ranch which contains dairy.

Do your dressings need to be refrigerated?

Our dressings have extremely long shelf lives due to the natural preserving nature of apple cider vinegar, but we do recommend refrigerating your dressings for best quality

Do you offer organic options?

We offer organic baby greens as a greens option, and organic quinoa as a protein option. We also have our Organic Quinoa Salad.

What are your gluten-free options?

We’ll gladly accommodate a gluten-free diet at Health Nut. Most of our items are already gluten free (including all of our dressings!), and even our sandwiches have gluten free options.  Just ask the Health Nut team for assistance and they’ll be happy to help.

What can someone with a soy allergy order?

While some of our dressings contain soybean oil, our Lo Cal and Ranch dressings provide delicious alternatives for those who cannot consume soy.

Are your eggs and dairy pasteurized?

Yes they are! We only use pasteurized eggs and dairy in our menu items.

Do you use high-fructose corn syrup?

No! None of our menu food items contain any high-fructose corn syrup

Absolutely! Our revamped loyalty program offers guests an opportunity to earn free food every time they order!

What do the Loyalty tiers represent?

Each tier represents items that are eligible for redemption at checkout depending on your loyalty points balance. Earn more points for more rewards!

Can I redeem more than one item with loyalty points?

You can only redeem one item through loyalty points per transaction.

How can I check my loyalty points balance?

You can click here or visit us in-store and we’ll help you out!


How do I add loyalty points after I’ve already placed an order?

A team member can assist you in store, or you can reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help you out!  Just provide us with a copy of the receipt and corresponding phone number, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Will my points automatically carry over from your previous system?

As long as you use the same email address and/or phone number from before, your points will automatically transfer over from our previous system.

Gift Cards

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase eGift cards online here. Alternatively, you can purchase physical gift cards at any of our Health Nut locations.

Can you send gift cards by email?

Yes you can! To order an eGift card, click here.

How can I check my gift card balance?

You can confirm your gift card balance here. Alternatively, you can also check your balance at any of our Health Nut locations in the U.S.

What do I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, cards are treated like cash and we cannot replace them for you.

I purchased an eGift card, but the recipient has not received it. How can I fix it?

Thanks for your purchase! Please email [email protected] with your information so we can help you.

Where can I redeem my Health Nut gift card?

 You can enter your gift card information at check-out for Health Nut website orders. Alternatively, you can use your gift card in person at any of our locations.

Ordering - General

Can I write in customizations or special requests for my order?

Yes of course! We have a special instructions section for specific requests that we will do our best to accommodate.

There was an issue with my order. How do I get in touch?

We’re sorry to hear that! You can reach out to our team by filling out the contact us form, or by emailing [email protected]. Please include the last 4 digits of the card you used to pay, name on the order, the location you ordered from, and the date of your order to ensure we’re able to assist you quickly.

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

Please send an email to [email protected] with the following details: last 4 digits of the card number you used, name on the order, the location you ordered from, and the date of your order

I’m seeing multiple charges after having trouble placing an order. What now?

Erroneous duplicate charges should fall off your statement after a few days, but if you still see two (or more) processed charges for one order, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number(s).

Does Health Nut accept tips?

We do! You can show your appreciation to our team for orders placed at our Health Nut location as well as on our website, with the exception of delivery orders or orders paid using gift cards. We are committed to providing competitive wages to our team and fantastic service to our guests, so you have no obligation to tip.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Health Nut gift cards. We are cashless.

Do you have a kids menu?

While we don’t have a specific kids menu, we do have a lot of items that kids enjoy! We recommend a grilled cheese and soup or side salad, or any of our delicious sandwiches! And don’t forget our refreshing homemade lemonade!

Ordering - Website (excludes third party delivery sites)

How large of an order can you accommodate on your website?

 Very large! All of our locations can handle large orders of at least 25 salads or more. You can even request names on each of them!  If you’re having trouble, please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.

Are all your locations available for ordering online?

Yes! Ordering on the Health Nut website is available at all locations. Begin your order and search for the nearest Health Nut by your current location or address.

Where can I pick up my Health Nut website order?

Each Health Nut has a designated pick-up area for our Health Nut website orders. Follow the signs at your Health Nut location. Our team members at the counter can also assist you!

Can I dine in Health Nut after ordering on the Health Nut website?

Of course! You are more than welcome to enjoy your meal at Health Nut once you arrive.


Does Health Nut deliver?

We sure do! Delivery is available via the Health Nut website for all our locations.

What are your delivery fees?

Our delivery fees vary by distance, regardless of order size.

I had an issue with my delivery order. Who do I contact?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please share your feedback via our Contact Us form or write to us at [email protected]. If you ordered from a third-party service, please reach out to them directly about your experience.

Does Health Nut cater?

Although we don’t have an official catering program (yet!), we can often accommodate large order requests! You can place an order through our website or reach out at [email protected] with the following details: date, time, your preferred Health Nut location,  if you are requesting pick-up or delivery, and the approximate size of your order.

Do you accept reservations?

No reservations are needed! All of our locations are first-come-first-served.

Fundraisers & Donations

Does Health Nut host fundraisers?

Yes we do! At Health Nut, we partner with local schools and 501c3 non-profit organizations to host fundraisers with 20% of pretax fundraiser related sales going back to the organization. Reach out to [email protected] with your request and we’ll get back to you if it’s a fit!

Do you offer donations?

Absolutely! We provide donations in the form of gift cards for a variety of organizations and events, such as raffles, silent auctions, etc. Fill out the Contact Form or email us at [email protected] with your request!

Business Partnerships

Does Health Nut franchise?

Though our current focus is corporate expansion within southern California, we are open to franchise partnership discussions with those who have multi-unit franchise experience, are interested in locations outside of California and would be willing to explore multi-unit area agreements.  Please email us at [email protected] with your inquiry and we will follow up!

Does Health Nut do license agreements?

Yes we do! Please email us at [email protected] and we will point you in the right direction.

Are the famous Health Nut bowls recyclable?

They sure are! Our green bowls are made from 100% recycled 7-up, Sprite, Perrier, and other green plastic bottles, and are also 100% recyclable after use. They are made from recycled PET plastic, which is the #1 most recycled plastic in the world. Health Nut also uses some compostable/biodegradable straws and plastic utensils.

Sorry to hear that! Please try calling the Health Nut location or send an email to [email protected]. Include the location you visited, the date, time, and a detailed description of the item you lost. Please note that we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to locate your missing item but we will try to do everything we can to help you retrieve it.
